Yes, the payment is recurring, the rates are per month and include VAT, when you renew your subscription, the money will be automatically deducted from the card you used to place your first order. You will receive your invoice by e-mail. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please let us know via the contact form.
Each maintenance package includes a certain number of hours. Required changes must fall within those hours.
Any additional hour will be charged 50 Euro / hour.
If you need support urgently, you can contact us at any time, but this type of support is not part of any type of maintenance subscription, it will be at a charge.
As for rates between 10:00 – 18:00, any working hour will be charged 80 Euro / hour.
As for rates between 18:00 – 10:00, any working hour will be charged 160 Euro / hour.
Depending on the maintenance package you choose, you will receive an email address and/or phone number where you can contact us.
